Standard Rules

Standard Rules:
1. No using cars saved in a garage.
2. No cheats or mods allowed.
3. Races begin ON the hour; time is measured by the in-game clock.
4. Races only begin after a game load; to be fair, no "leftover cars" should be available.
5. You are allowed to pause and move the marker as many times as needed.
6. Races start from the center of the culdesac and end upon touching the culdesac pavement.

Submission Rules

Submission rules:
1. If there is any inkling that a rule has been broken, the submission is disqualified.
2. Submitted videos must contain the entire screen unaltered: if any portion is omitted or any area altered, the submission is disqualified.
3. Any editing of the video, except in cases below, will disqualify the submission.
3.a. Time on the pause screen may and should be edited down.
3.b. If the run goes over the YouTube video time limit, then the run must be split into two or more videos. Each video must have an overlap of TEN SECONDS OF RACE TIME (ten in-game minutes).
4. Entries should contain the claimed race time in the description of the video(s).
5. Any video that is a video response to a race instruction video is considered a submission for high score.
5.a. If the race run must be submitted in multiple videos, then the first part is the video response, and subsequent parts will be responses to the part preceding it, or linked with annotations.
5.b. If a user submits a video that is clearly not a race run, then the user is blocked from submitting further videos.
